Wilton Crescent
Refurbishment of a single dwelling combining Wilton Crescent and Kinnerton Street properties.
The project focused on transforming this historic Belgravia property into a luxury residence while preserving its architectural heritage. The project notably included a link building to Kinnerton Street, which enhanced accessibility and expanded the property’s functionality. This new structure provided direct access between the main house and adjoining spaces, adding modern amenities while respecting the property’s classic charm. The link-building addition and interior upgrades were designed to harmonise with the original aesthetics, reflecting both contemporary living standards and historic significance.
