IAS13-UBC D1/D2, Strada Palas 5C, IASI, IASI County, Romania. The building is the second of three Day 1 projects to be delivered as part of the IASI expansion programme.

The building will consist of 5 floors of open plan office space plus another lower floor containing a small reception area and external meeting room. The Landlord is extending an existing building within the United Business Centre, adding 4 floors on top of the existing 2 to create a 4253m2 office space. The building was handed over to client in a shell and core condition. The construction works was completed in Q2 2021.
