David Heil

David has gained experience within the professional side of the industry since graduating in 1996.  Principally responsible for projects in the role of Lead Quantity surveyor, he also has experience of performing the duties of Contract Administration and acting as Employers Agent.

David has worked as lead project surveyor on numerous types of projects and sectors, including high quality residential, commercial office spaces, healthcare and education, comprising a mix of refurbishment, new build construction, and civil engineering works.  A large portion of David‘s experience has been with Public Sector clients, the benefits of which he also brings to commercial sector work.  He has experience of many forms of procurement routes and various contract forms (including the JCT Suite and GC/Works).

David is pro-active, personable and easy to work with, conscientious, diligent, and focused on delivering a quality service for his clients.
