Stature London was established to meet our client’s particular project requirements by allocating appropriately time resourced, skilled professionals to each project and project task.

Importantly we are an independent organisation with no external shareholders. This allows us to allocate more of our revenue to time spent with our clients, gaining a full grasp of each project in order to deliver ‘best-fit’ solutions.

After graduating from University College London with an honors degree in Project Management for Construction, Adam has worked as a cost and project manager for a range of clients across multiple industry sectors.

Adam has a proven track record for developing teams and organisations through sustained business expansion in the real estate industry with the application of established best practice combined with innovative methods of working to harness accurately filtered data and make best use of current market trends allowing professional services delivery built on integral values to exceed client expectations.

He values a hands-on approach and has an in-depth knowledge of construction methodology, programming and commercial strategies enabling valuable advisory capabilities at all stages of a project’s life-cycle.

Graduating from University of Cambridge with a master’s degree in Real Estate Finance, Qingning Chu has worked for over 9 years as a cost consultant on behalf of investors, developers, landlords and tenants on a wide range of cost consulting commissions and contract administration instructions.

She has extensive knowledge of Cost Consultancy and Contract Administration / Employers Agent roles and has worked across the industry sectors specialising in residential new build and high end residential, commercial office new build, Category A refurbishment and Category B fit out.

Qingning is a strong analytical character with the ability to turn her hand to multiple tasks. She brings vision, innovation, and clarity to deliver results. She always leads from the front, expecting the very highest of standards from her Cost Management team, striving for the very best outcome for clients through professional expertise and discipline.

James is a Masters Graduate from the University of Reading and an accomplished Project Manager with over 18 years’ experience working for blue chip Construction Consultancies, a highly motivated Local Authority team, and a small, high quality build and interior refurbishment company.

James has delivered a number of projects in multiple sectors with values ranging from £400,000 to £110m and in a number of countries including the France, Luxembourg and China but with the majority of his work having been undertaken in the UK.

James is responsible for overseeing all of the Project Management commissions Stature is undertaking and ensuring the teams working on these projects have the right skills, experience and tools necessary to make each project successful. He has an active involvement in each project and ensures he is visible to the client teams as required.

James is an experienced Project Manager with a background in new build, major refurbishment and fit-out. He has managed projects for a number of Landlords and Corporate Occupiers within some of London’s most iconic buildings and locations including the development of a unique corporate headquarters within The Shard and the conversion of one of Belgravia’s premier commercial office buildings into a best in class international private hospital. With his wider property awareness, excellent management and communication skills, James always provides a focal point for the project team and a trusted partner to his clients.

Prior to working within the London property industry, James served as a British Army Officer for over five years reaching the rank of Captain.

Jordan is a creative and values led individual who enjoys varied, unique and challenging projects. He has amassed a wealth of building and property experience during my career to-date working for and on behalf of clients and contractors, working extensively within the residential building sector, as well as other industry sectors; including Defense, Commercial and Industrial.

He has 12+ years industry experience working as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Development Manager (6 years qualified); he has served as a Group Director at one of the UK’s largest independent development management consultancies. The role included sitting on an Operations Board to review company operational issues, performance targets, pipeline work, personnel and resource, company strategy and feedback with responsibility for professional (PQS) cost management services delivery, managing teams delivering projects up to £45m.

Phyllis is a proactive, efficient and enthusiastic individual who enjoys varied, unique and challenging projects. She has participated in various large-scale commercial projects from pre-contract to post contract stage.

She is a chartered member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors. She has strong analytical skills and commercial understanding from her past experience from high profile jobs. She is result driven, self motivated and resourceful.

Jacques is a logical and proactive Project Manager experienced in a wide variety of client types ranging from high profile individuals to global corporations. Jacques forms strong working relationships with clients and project stakeholders enabling effective and considered management of complex situations.

Jacques has demonstrated key leadership and management skills in a variety of project teams with a strong ability to communicate with all levels of the project or client business. He has proven himself to be a trusted partner to our clients in the UK and Mainland Europe.

Jacques is fluent in French and is a graduate of the University of Kent and currently working towards his Masters in Project Management and RICS accreditation.

Dillon is a well presented, hard working individual who thrives at the chance of learning new skills and acquiring new knowledge. Graduating from University Of Westminster with a degree in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management, Dillon has been working as a graduate cost manager, transferring the skills and knowledge he collated by assisting the Directors and Associates across a wide variety of projects and sectors.


  • Hussain Haider Ali

Hussain is a highly motivated and flexible Graduate Project Manager, gaining 3 years’ experience working as an Assistant Project Manager on small to medium critical projects throughout the south of the UK. Hussain’s role has been client and contractor facing and he has demonstrated an ability to quickly gain the trust and respect of the people he is working with and contributed effectively to the projects he has worked on.

Hussain has a BSc Honours degree in Construction Management, approaching his projects with a technical mind, excellent analytical and organizational skills. He is personable and approachable and works well in a team, with a particular strength in identifying and resolving problems proactively through effective collaboration.

Hussain has achieved the CIOB’s Queen Elizabeth award and has passed his CSCS and SMSTS examinations.

Richard is a conscientious and proactive Project Manager who has worked on many varied projects throughout his career, most recently delivering a CAT B campus refresh for a Technology Client in Luxembourg.

Richard has over 18 years’ experience in the construction industry and has worked on projects in the UK, Luxembourg, Denmark, and Thailand. He brings a collaborative and adaptive approach while maintaining a strong focus on the client’s goals and objectives.

Richard prides himself on understanding the client’s needs and forming strong relationships with clients and project teams. He has demonstrated key leadership and management skills with a strong ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the project or the client’s business.

As well as his proven track record as an accomplished Project Manager, Richard is also a qualified Health and Safety consultant.


  • Ben Elsey

Ben is a highly motivated, approachable, proactive and ambitious chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 13 years of experience in both main contracting and professional services covering a multitude of sectors of the construction industry.

Ben has a strong understanding of individual client needs, capable of managing expectations, maximising profit and problem solving. He has the ability to work individually as well as being able to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic project team. Extensive experience working at a senior level across all aspects of quantity surveying from feasibility through to final account. Ben became a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors in 2016 and has a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying Consultancy which he studied at Kingston University.

Ben has worked across a number of sectors for both consultants and contractors and has worked on projects across the UK. Ben is also an APC mentor to other members of staff.

Jim is a commercially focused Chartered Construction and Project Manager specialising in both occupier and landlord fit out and refurbishment projects. He has substantial consultancy experience in both the public sector and infrastructure arenas.

Jim has a successful track record of project delivery for clients in a range of sectors including TMT, banking and finance, hospitality, and leisure. His proven experience is amplified by strong commercial acumen and a strategic approach.

Jim is a particularly effective communicator, comfortable operating at multiple levels across organisations and teams to achieve results. His particular strength is leading multi–disciplinary teams, where he prioritises identifying client objectives, devising the means to achieve those objectives, and successfully delivering them.
