Stature London is wholly owned by the Directors. There are no external shareholders so we have the autonomy and the ability to invest profits in growth and innovation. It allows us to have a greater than usual proportion of Senior, Associate and Director level resources who together bring a wealth of expertise and the agility to make important choices at key moments. Our structure allows us to spend proportionately more time on fewer projects, so we can properly get to grips with every level of detail of the project and, importantly, enjoy the work. Furthermore we have created an enviable environment for training and development. Our more junior resources work alongside the more experienced ones on a daily basis.
Today’s construction services industry faces increasing pressure to deliver rigorous consultancy skills at a level required to maintain project control from project inception to completion. We derive solutions to project challenges using outturn project cost data. We have developed a digital platform to enhance this process, allowing integrated change management and approval, real-time cost reporting and remaining contingency notification to facilitate informed decision making at all times.
This puts accurate cost data at the clients fingertips whilst providing visibility of project team performance, current costs and anticipated final costs.
Our staff are members of, or actively seeking membership to, the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. We value tried and tested best practice which has evolved over centuries with the input of industry experts.

After graduating from University College London with an honours degree in Project Management for Construction, Adam has worked as a cost and project manager for a range of clients across multiple industry sectors.
Adam has a proven track record for developing teams and organisations through sustained business expansion in the real estate industry with the application of established best practice combined with innovative methods of working to harness accurately filtered data and make best use of current market trends allowing professional services delivery built on integral values to exceed client expectations.
He values a hands-on approach and has an in-depth knowledge of construction methodology, programming and commercial strategies enabling valuable advisory capabilities at all stages of a project’s life-cycle.

Qingning has a proven track record of delivering results in the real estate industry with innovation, vision, and clarity while leading and developing her teams to ensure the very highest standards and values are maintained to achieve and exceed client goals and expectations.
Qingning is a strong analytical character with the ability to turn her hand to multiple tasks. She is an important component of any team and always strives for the best outcome for her clients. Lee has more than 30 years’ experience in the property sector, with 19 years at global commercial real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield, where he worked alongside Adam Lynch who moved on to found Stature London. Lee’s role at Cushman & Wakefield was to lead the 20-strong project management and cost consultancy team in the UK alongside supporting the growth of the European project management team across every major European city.
Lee has an extensive background in major projects throughout the UK, mainland Europe and East Asia. In recent years he has specialised in commercial office fit-outs and refurbishments and has fitted out more than 3.5m sq ft of office space during his career.

James is an experienced Project Manager with a background in new build, major refurbishment and fit-out. He has managed projects for a number of Landlords and Corporate Occupiers within some of London’s most iconic buildings and locations including the development of a unique corporate headquarters within The Shard and the conversion of one of Belgravia’s premier commercial office buildings into a best in class international private hospital.
With his wider property awareness, excellent management and communication skills, James always provides a focal point for the project team and a trusted partner to his clients.
Prior to working within the London property industry, James served as a British Army Officer for over five years reaching the rank of Captain.

Ian is a proactive, client-facing project manager with 10 years of experience delivering projects in the UK, France, Luxembourg, and Malta.
Leading cross-cultural teams, Ian’s effective leadership and communication skills have been put to good use in delivering high-end residential and commercial fit-out projects for both tenants and landlords. His bigger picture approach, business acumen and focus on quality service delivery allows him to offer strategic advice to clients in both consultative and implementation roles.
Ian is a chartered member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) and a Warranted Structural Engineer in Malta.

Hussain is a highly motivated and flexible Graduate Project Manager, gaining 3 years’ experience working as an Assistant Project Manager on small to medium critical projects throughout the south of the UK. Hussain’s role has been client and contractor facing and he has demonstrated an ability to quickly gain the trust and respect of the people he is working with and contributed effectively to the projects he has worked on.
Hussain has a BSc Honours degree in Construction Management, approaching his projects with a technical mind, excellent analytical and organizational skills. He is personable and approachable and works well in a team, with a particular strength in identifying and resolving problems proactively through effective collaboration.

Francesca Scicluna is an Architect and Structural Engineer graduating from the University of Malta with first class honours. Prior to joining Stature, Francesca has worked with various top-end architectural practices in Malta and has had the opportunity to work on a varied portfolio ranging from structural design of a hospital and multi-storey residential complex to interior fit outs of various offices. Her keen eye in architectural design and aesthetic is coupled with her logical thinking and problem solving skills obtained during her studies in the structural engineering discipline.
Working with structural engineers highlighted the importance of detailing and how one must delve deep into problems to resolve them in the most efficient way. Her involvement in commercial architectural finishes projects paved the way for her to get involved in Project Management and enhanced her ability of finishing jobs with tight deadlines while obtaining the level of detail and aesthetic desired from the client. Over the past four years Francesca has become accustomed to delivering office fit -outs in Malta on tight deadlines for various companies including PWC, AlterDomus, Aon Insurance Managers and Credorax.

Michelle Shum is a Graduate Project Manager with two years’ experience working on large developments in London and recently on smaller CAT B fit out projects in France and Luxembourg.
Michelle is a proactive, confident, and highly motivated Graduate project Manager who is keen to learn about new projects and new clients in different countries.
Since joining Stature, Michelle has worked on the pre-construction phases for two fit outs for Amazon in Luxembourg and Paris, France. Michelle has been responsible for the accurate recording of meetings and issuing of the reports and programmes to Amazon on a weekly basis.
Prior to joining Stature, Michelle worked for RF Properties in London and was overseeing the procurement of the packages by the main contractor and participating in the tender interview and selection process. She then issued and presented tender and monthly reports to the RF Board in both the UK and China.

- Duilio Marcial Paredes

Duilio is a proactive and energetic project manager who is trained Architect from the Central University of Venezuela (UCV) with experience working both on construction sites and within design teams on large developments in Caracas, Venezuela. He is a chartered member of the Architects and Engineers College of Venezuela (CIV & CAV).
Since moving to Europe in 2018, Duilio has focused solely on project management and gained experience on large-scale construction projects including major road works and large scale public residential developments. As a project manager with an architectural background, Duilio can dovetail the importance and correlation of design, aesthetics and quality with costs, overall efficiency, sequencing of works, and constructability. This together with his ability to speak 5 languages (Spanish, French, English, German and Italian) means that he is an effective communicator with any stakeholder within a project.

Renata graduated as an Architect from the University Mackenzie in Sao Paulo, Brazil, where she is a member of the Brazilian Council of Architecture and Urbanism (CAU).
Over the years, Renata has gained experience in different countries, including Brazil where she worked as a site Architect on interior fit out projects, and later Australia where she worked as a Construction Manager on large-scale construction projects.
Since moving to Malta, Renata has worked as a Project Manager on pubic multi-million projects within the sustainable resource management industry. At Stature London Renata supports the Senior Project Managers on projects across the EU and in the UK.

- Rishi Bodhani

Rishi has extensive experience working on fit out projects in the retail and hospitality sectors across EMEA. He is enthusiastic to learn and understands Clients and their goals, and is very ambitions in supporting them to achieve their project requirements.
Prior to joining Stature, Rishi worked within the Commercial Sector Project Management team for Mace in London, where he ran simultaneous projects for Nike in delivering new, refit and closures of stores in Europe.
Rishi has worked closely with TUI to provide worldwide hotel project monitoring for their New Build and Major Refurbishment Programme, which involved communicating between the Client and Hoteliers to ensure the successful, timely delivery of hotel openings. Presence on site during the build period was required to assess the progression of works to report and raise any risks back to the Client.
Rishi has also undertaken architectural training and has previously worked as an Architect providing excellent knowledge of conceptual and technical design, as well as a strong understanding of local planning processes and building regulations.
