Our mission is to serve our clients to the highest professional standards achievable by allocating suitably time-resourced, competent individuals and teams with the capability to deliver a quality service that exceeds client expectations and builds lasting relationships.
Stature London is wholly owned by the Directors. There are no external shareholders so we have the autonomy and the ability to invest profits in growth and innovation. It allows us to have a greater than usual proportion of Senior, Associate and Director level resources who together bring a wealth of expertise and the agility to make important choices at key moments. Our structure allows us to spend proportionately more time on fewer projects, so we can properly get to grips with every level of detail of the project and, importantly, enjoy the work. Furthermore we have created an enviable environment for training and development. Our more junior resources work alongside the more experienced ones on a daily basis.
Today’s construction services industry faces increasing pressure to deliver rigorous consultancy skills at a level required to maintain project control from project inception to completion. Stature London seeks to act as a trusted partner, offering quality client services at realistic costs. Reducing project risk and maintaining financial control in an open and transparent way are key to our company values.
Earning trust, taking ownership, showing a bias for action and delivering results set us apart from our peers and are integral to our success. Our leadership principles are ingrained in our approach and our people. We are open to challenge and will challenge others to ensure optimised project solutions. This comes from our initial understanding of the brief and our ability to disseminate actions and principles to all parties.
Our teams work well together and individually, we always ensure roles and responsibilities are clearly defined. Working closely with other project team members to ascertain strengths and weaknesses allows us to adapt our methodology to ensure an effective ‘one team’ approach.
We derive solutions to project challenges using outturn project cost data. We have developed a digital platform to enhance this process, allowing integrated change management and approval, real-time cost reporting and remaining contingency notification to facilitate informed decision making at all times.
This puts accurate cost data at the clients fingertips whilst providing visibilty of project team performance, current costs and anticipated final costs.
Our staff are members of, or actively seeking membership to, the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. We value tried and tested best practice which has evolved over centuries with the input of industry experts.
With regular and rapid changes in modern working practices, both inside and outside the construction industry, there is a need for the application of traditional services to be updated continually to ensure
that best practice lessons learned remain applicable. At Stature London we are constantly analysing where value can be increased, observing and reviewing process and procedure in order to better tailor our services, striving to offer our clients the best-in-class solutions.
We value WHY we do our work above what we do and how we do it. This philosophy has developed into what we call the Golden Circle. Having integrity in everything we do and doing what is morally and ethically right,
platform our whole approach. We have high expectations of ourselves and of other members of the project and we strive to create teams that have trust in each other and are willing to collaborate and cooperate
for the greater good of the project. We take pride in leading by example.
