Paul has over 30 years experience in the property and construction industry, both in the UK and abroad, as a principle Quantity Surveyor. He has worked in all sectors of the industry, mostly in private practice for leading cost consultancies in London and also with client organisations on developer-led projects. Schemes have mostly been commercial and residential new build, internal fit out, mixed use and hotels/leisure.

Paul has previously held senior roles including that of Commercial Manager, Senior Quantity Surveyor, Employers Agent and Contract Administrator on a number of high value projects.

Paul has specialist experience in high-rise construction both for residential and commercial office new build developments. His other most notable skills are on Cost Modelling for major masterplans, Feasibility/Development Appraisals  and advising on best Procurement Strategy arrangements for projects.

Paul is highly client focused and motivated to provide the best delivery service and is always an assertive design team player.
