Scott has gained experience within the professional and contracting side of the industry since taking up a career in the construction industry 18 years ago.

After leaving college and pursuing a career in AutoCAD design Scott started off in the industry as a roof truss and timber frame designer for Kingspan Off-site. After being with Kingspan for 8 years Scott decided to continue in the roofing and cladding industry and joined Zanara Projects.

After a short while Zanara Projects moved into the Developer/Main Contracting role of projects which built up Scott’s knowledge of understanding the different building methods and the complete envelope including the developing of project programmes and JCT Contracts.

Scott took on the role of project managing various different types of residential and commercial projects, taking them from concept planning design to completion and handover.

After 10 years of working with Zanara Projects Scott joined SPH in September 2018 and continues to expand his knowledge within the industry.
