Simon Davis

Associate Cost Manager

Simon is a chartered quantity surveyor with over 30 years of experience in major projects in direct client-facing delivery roles. He has a strong track record of supporting successful project delivery, particularly enjoying the challenge of collaboratively managing the design development of projects, balancing the Clients’ restraints of budget and brief with the design aspirations of the Clients’ team. Simon also has wide experience in working with high-profile Architects/Design teams.

Since joining Stature London in January 2022 Simon has worked on a range of projects in the residential, commercial and hospitality sectors in both pre- and post-contract roles. He has successfully delivered an 86-room co-living development at Struan House in Southfields, a 25-unit residential apartment development at Princes Parade in Brent Cross as well as a number of smaller refurbishment/fit-out schemes. Simon has also developed strong relationships with Stature London’s existing Client and consultant base and enjoys cultivating and developing the social side of Stature London.

Prior to joining Stature London, some of Simon’s career highlights included working on, major office developments for Land Securities including the Deutsche Bank Headquarters building in Moorgate, the Wood Wharf (New Quarters) major mixed-use development at Canary Wharf, the Grosvenor House serviced apartments development and an earlier scheme at Battersea Power Station.

Outside of work, Simon is proud to act as the chairman of Dive Ability Ltd, a registered charity supporting those with physical and developmental disabilities to access the world of scuba diving.
