1-5 Princes Parade

The project comprises the construction of new build residential accommodation comprising basement, ground and 1-4th floors with retail accommodation at ground floor.

Construction is of traditional concrete frame and floors with steel frame construction to the 4th floor. This project is currently on site Stature have provided pre and post contract Cost and Project management services. The project was procured as a traditional contract with an unusually high nr of CDP packages which has required close liaison with the contractor.
