Demolition of an existing single storey building and new build construction of a residential dwelling with a tiple basement construction requiring complex works sequencing, piling and underpinning.

The 3 subterranean levels are illuminated by a glazed central lightwell. Construction was carried out in phases with the shell & core works overlapping design development for the subsequent fit-out works phase.
