5 Wigmore Street

7,500sq. ft Commercial refurbishment of 5 Wigmore Street including works to core, toilets, and formation of a new communal roof terrace.

The works included the reconfiguration of the existing toilets from the half-landings to the office levels, creating more generous cubicles accessible from the lift lobbies. Central bulkheads on the office floors conceal fancoil units for the mechanical fresh air and VRF systems with built in benches on the roof terrace housing the air handling units and ductwork to make best use of space.
