Cooden Sea Road, Bexhill, Bexhill-on-Sea TN39 4TT. The project comprises refurbishment and upgrading 40 guestrooms, restaurant and front of house area, alteration to existing tavern to 5 new veranda rooms and reconfiguration to spa and wellness area.

Stature London have been appointed to provide Cost Management services. The works divided into different phases. Following single stage competitive tender process for mock-up room works, the awarded contractor was negotiated to carry out the remaining construction works. Major challenges of the project came from the tight construction programme, complex historic building structure and maintaining balance between hotel operation and construction. The construction works commenced in November 2021 and is scheduled to be completed in May 2022.
