The project consists of an expansion in the client’s presence within LUX12 building, by occupying the remaining area on the 2nd floor from the current tenant and allowing for future expansion of the operational teams in the building, as headcount is expected to continue growing. This is aligned with the client’s long-term strategy of consolidating their presence on the Kirchberg Campus.
Through the acquisition of this space, the LUX 12 building will be occupied by one tenant only, therefore, several new considerations are to be incorporated within the project in addition to the Fitout of the new area on the 2nd floor, which has an usable area of 1,175 square meters. As the client will become the only occupier of the building, the Main Reception at the Ground floor will need works to be undertaken as well, to upgrade it to the single point of entry for the premises, along with the necessary security equipment installation to consolidate the Access Control system for the building. Stature London recommends the General Contractor to be selected via a Single Stage competitive Tender with a Lump Sum contract. The Construction phase was planned to start in August 2022, with the handover of the site in April 2023.
