Struan House

44 Augustus Road, Southfield, London, SW19 6RA. The project is to convert the current Struan House into an 89 rooms co-living accommodation.

The works involves strip out to existing building, alteration to the existing roof structure, construction of an additional floor, formation of new studio apartment and installation of new MEP works. To achieve this, two planning submissions composed of three separate applications are to be submitted. The works are to be procured under a negotiated design & build tender/contract strategy with a single preferred main contractor based on Employer’s Requirements to RIBA Stage 3. The construction started in July 2021 and scheduled to be completed in July 2022.
