UBC0 Tower, Timisoara, Romania. The project consists of a full fitout on one and a half floors (Level 4 and half od Level 5) of UBC0 Tower, a 16 stories office tower currently under development by Iulius Real Estate in Timisoara, an university city which is Romania’s third largest in population.

The premises will be handed over by IRE in a Shell & Core state. The fit-out scope of work is of typical complexity, requiring the installation of all necessary systems and equipment. It is being recommended by Stature London that the General Contractor is selected via a Single Stage competitive tender with a Lump Sum contract. The Construction works are planned to start in September 2022 and to be handed over to the Client in May 2023.
