Pre-Construction services for the 300,000sqft of new space for WPP Group to relocate their Paris businesses into one location in the city as part of their business and real estate strategy.

The project includes the extensive base build renovation by a developer team in collaboration with the WPP tenant design team to provide a building bespoke for the WPP Group’s occupation. The base build renovation includes a new façade and modifications to the building core and floorplates to house office space, auditorium, restaurant, business center and meeting suite, audio and edit suites and a roof garden. The project is targeting a BREEAM Excellent rating.
